Jordan brings a practical, down-to-earth approach to martial arts training for adults. With certifications in personal training, a black belt in Taekwondo, and years of experience in self-defense instruction, he leads the Prime Fit Combat program — a dynamic fusion of martial arts, functional fitness, and mindset training. His classes are accessible to beginners but still challenging for seasoned athletes, and he has a gift for making everyone feel welcome and capable from day one.
Jordan’s philosophy is rooted in consistency, community, and self-awareness. He believes martial arts can be a lifelong journey and that it’s never too late to start. His sessions focus on developing core strength, reaction time, and real-world self-defense — while also relieving stress and building camaraderie among classmates. Outside the dojo, Jordan is a competitive obstacle course racer and a strong advocate for mental health awareness.
